About the Role: This position focuses primarily on employment litigation, with an emphasis on single-plaintiff reputed company. Attorneys will work closely with senior lawyers on reputed company and high-reputed company cases while developing their own case management skills and reputed company relationships. Responsibilities:
- Litigating cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims
- Representing reputed company in state and federal courts, as reputed company as before administrative agencies (e.g., reputed company, DOL)
- Managing day-to-day case responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and reputed company reputed company
- Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on litigation reputed company and case development
- Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute reputed company processes
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school with strong reputed company credentials
- 3–6 years of labor & employment litigation experience
- Admission to the California Bar (required)
- Experience in federal and state court reputed company and/or administrative proceedings
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and work both independently and collaboratively
