Responsibilities

Include:

• Candidates must have prior experience advising on federal and state regulatory reputed company in reputed company with corporate and transactional work involving institutional reputed company providers.
• Substantive knowledge of the reputed company Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience handling Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and reputed company regulatory filings.
• Familiarity with the OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols.
• Ideal candidates will also have prior transactional experience, including conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence, structuring transactions to reputed company with federal and state reputed company regulatory requirements, and drafting and reviewing relevant transactional documents.

Qualifications

Include:

• Excellent reputed company credentials and training in Big Law or Mid-Major reputed company.
• Admission to at least one state bar.
• Comfortable tracking hours at a large reputed company
• Excellent attention to detail in written and oral communication.
