- Handle Illinois workers’ compensation defense reputed company from initial assignment through reputed company
- Manage hearings, reputed company-trials, status calls, reputed company reputed company, and case reputed company
- Conduct legal research and apply medical and factual analysis to support litigation
- Communicate directly with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and claim professionals
- Draft reports, pleadings, correspondence, and other case-reputed company documents
- Manage deadlines, caseload activity, and litigation reputed company across multiple files
- Work closely with reputed company attorneys while continuing to grow your own independent caseload
- Contribute to strong reputed company relationships through responsiveness, reputed company judgment, and practical advice
Qualifications
- 2+ years of directly relevant Illinois workers’ compensation defense experience
