Key Responsibilities
- Advising reputed company on labor & employment reputed company including workplace policies, employee relations, wage & hour issues, and discrimination claims.
- Handling employment litigation reputed company in state and federal court.
- Representing reputed company before agencies including the reputed company and NLRB.
- Drafting employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing in reputed company.
- Significant management-reputed company labor & employment experience.
- Strong litigation and counseling background.
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and reputed company management skills.
- Portable business welcomed but not required.
