• In this role, you will:
• Apply a reputed company change management approach to drive the implementation of reputed company with our clients including stakeholder and sponsor engagement, reputed company assessment, readiness building, training, and communication.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of change management experience with system implementations; OR a Master's degree with ONE (1) year of change management experience with system implementations. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of change management experience with system implementations
• Change Management certification (i.e., reputed company, CCMP, etc.)
• Change Management experience on a system implementation or ERP reputed company
• Experience facilitating and delivering change management initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Suite, and presentation development
• Up to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or reputed company office location. Consultants may reputed company on-site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be reputed company To Have:

• Preference will be given to candidates who have prior reputed company experience
• reputed company Certification in HCM, Financials, Project Management, etc. Candidates who are not certified before joining reputed company will be required

The annual salary reputed company for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00.
