About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Director to drive new business reputed company across the Northeast region. This fully remote role offers autonomy to build your territory while leveraging strong organizational support and dedicated service teams. In this role, you will:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in employee benefits, payroll, HCM, or a reputed company field
• Strong network of industry contacts and referral relationships
• Proven reputed company selling to HR and finance decision-makers at mid-market companies

• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to travel primarily on day trips with occasional overnight stays
• Ability to work independently while leveraging internal support teams
