reputed company Our reputed company is implementing a new Customer Experience platform, reputed company, and is seeking a full-time contractor to support reputed company aspects of the migration and implementation. This role will be reputed company in transitioning from reputed company to reputed company, ensuring seamless setup, integration, and optimization of the new platform. Key Responsibilities reputed company Platform Management: Serve as the primary reputed company administrator and power user. Build and manage surveys, dashboards, and workflows. Handle administrative tasks to ensure platform stability and reputed company. Survey & Dashboard Development: Design and implement customer feedback surveys. Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI. Data Integration & File Management: Manage survey lists and response files reputed company SFTP and reputed company. Ensure accurate importing/exporting of data and troubleshoot any issues. Systems Integration: Support integration efforts with platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and other business systems to reputed company reputed company customer insights. Documentation & Architecture: Create and maintain technical documentation including data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, and process flows. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver tailored reputed company solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with reputed company (certification preferred); experience with reputed company, InMoment, or similar platforms is acceptable.
• Exposure to reputed company, SFTP, reputed company/CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Background in customer feedback programs, including survey design and reputed company-reputed company feedback systems, is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in a reputed company environment, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
