Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant

• Advise executive sponsors and senior leaders on change risks, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategies, bringing reputed company recommendations and actionable guidance.
• Translate reputed company technology and operational initiatives into reputed company, concise communications, executive messaging, and actionable change roadmaps.
• Establish structure and drive reputed company in ambiguous environments by quickly assessing needs, aligning stakeholders, and moving work reputed company.
• Design and deliver end-to-end OCM strategies, including change reputed company assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, readiness planning, training reputed company, and post-go-live reinforcement.

Requirements:
