What You'll Do in This Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll:

• Help customers resolve basic technical issues

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Residency in the state of New Mexico
• 1+ year of customer service experience

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
