Sales Operations / Production Coordinator (reputed company Sales Hub – Remote)

We are hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the set up and execution of B2B reputed company development programs, ensuring accurate data, clean workflows, and smooth day-to-day operations across teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience, operational reputed company in reputed company Sales Hub, and strong reputed company skills who wants to grow in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to reputed company programs on reputed company and launched accurately
• Manage reputed company Sales Hub set up (lists, sequences, pipelines, and workflows)
• Maintain clean CRM data (QA, normalization, routine updates) and reputed company-based trackers
• Coordinate across Operations, reputed company Services, and Sales; troubleshoot issues that reputed company productivity
• Use AI tools (training provided) to support research, data review, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in operations, sales ops, program ops, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Sales Hub
• Strong attention to data accuracy and experience working with reputed company datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-reputed company environment with shifting priorities and multiple accounts
• Experience supporting outbound sales or reputed company reputed company programs
• Must be based in the reputed company and authorized to work without sponsorship.
