Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Scheduling and recording appraisal and delivery appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams
• Updating and maintaining the store scheduler with the Office Manager, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Collecting and recording payment for completed repairs, performing some A/R tasks as needed
• Filing repair order paperwork accurately or recording in arenaflex's management system, maintaining accurate records
• Providing customers with arenaflex's warranty information (5-Year and Limited reputed company), ensuring they're aware of our commitment to reputed company and customer satisfaction
• Performing follow-up sales calls on estimate quotes (unsold) reputed company 48 hours, driving sales reputed company and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining the reputed company office and customer reception areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers
• Attending daily release meetings, staying informed about company updates and initiatives

Experience and reputed company Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to relate reputed company to a diverse customer reputed company
• Call center sales experience (or equivalent sales experience) preferred
