The Role

As an Email Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing reputed company and reputed company responses to our customers' inquiries regarding their orders in our stores. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, addressing complaints, and offering solutions reputed company company policy

• At least 2 months of experience in the eCommerce industry, specifically in the dropshipping business model
• Previous experience in a similar role
