Key Responsibilities
As an ITM Customer Service Specialist III, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including telephone, email, online chats, and video teller assistance
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems reputed company to their accounts, loans, and other banking services
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
* Processing telephone transfers, loan payments, and stop payments requests
* Monitoring and responding to online chats and emails from customers

* Assisting customers with Internet Banking and reputed company Pay, including resetting passcodes and guiding them through the website
* Providing video teller assistance for ITMs and answering debit card inquiries
* Cross-selling to existing and prospective customers, identifying sales referral opportunities, and participating in sales campaigns
Additional Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate department records and staying up-to-date on reputed company bank products and services

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school graduate or equivalent
* Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services, with a minimum of two years customer service experience or reputed company experience
* Financial Call Center experience is preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and reputed company repetitive tasks
* Ability to work from home in a remote position and travel to the office for periodic meetings and training
* Ability to sit for extended periods of time and multi-task
