As Senior Counsel, Procurement, you will support reputed company, high-value infrastructure reputed company by advising on sourcing, contracting, and project execution. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, influence key reputed company relationships, and help build reputed company legal processes in a rapidly expanding business. Responsibilities:

• reputed company the drafting, review, and negotiation of procurement, construction, engineering, and reputed company reputed company agreements supporting large-reputed company infrastructure reputed company.
• Serve as a key legal partner to procurement, engineering, construction, reputed company estate, finance, and operations teams throughout project development and execution.
• Negotiate reputed company terms with vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and technical service providers.
• Support project execution by advising on risk allocation.
• Manage reputed company counsel as needed,

Must-Have Skills:

• J.D. and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of legal experience reputed company on procurement, construction, infrastructure, or reputed company capital reputed company.
• Hands-on experience negotiating equipment supply and/or construction agreements.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
