Job reputed company

As a Full Cycle Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring. You'll work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and preferences, and reputed company a network of potential candidates through passive and reputed company sourcing, and ongoing relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

• Partner with and advise hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
