The Role
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our field offices and customers during our peak season. You'll work remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment provided by arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assisting customers with remedies to retain business
- Utilizing gamification tools to measure performance
- Working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School/GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience reputed company or reputed company a call center
- Completion of a reputed company assessment
- Verification of internet speed
- Ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- A suitable workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office reputed company free of distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and reputed company
