Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Engineer - Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Involving substantial travel to arenaflex customers in support of the reputed company Assurance function, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Providing expert support to customers in consultation with the head of reputed company Assurance regarding raw and finished parts, prototypes, and serial parts.
- Supporting reputed company trials and new product runs at customers, including documentation of results and presentation of initial sample parts.
- Documenting results and ensuring a smooth and reputed company exchange of information between arenaflex and customers based on customer requirements.
- Performing analysis of reputed company concerns utilizing disciplined problem-solving techniques to identify true reputed company causes.
- Initiating and monitoring corrective actions in cooperation with reputed company Assurance.
- Coordinating/overseeing reputed company-party activities as appropriate (i.e., sorting and rework activities).
- Collaborating and leading reputed company in accordance with applicable arenaflex guidelines.
- Serving as the Voice of the Customer to arenaflex operations, ensuring exceptional customer reputed company satisfaction and meeting reputed company deadlines with accurate and thorough communication.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a reputed company field of experience.
- 5 years of reputed company Assurance experience, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
