Benefit Specialist, Consumer Driven reputed company

reputed company Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for reputed company. This position is full time, reputed company, and nonexempt. Duties

• Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats
• Maintain a courteous and reputed company demeanor reputed company communicating with our clients
• Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in reputed company reputed company areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule
• Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively
• Adjudicate claims on occasion
• Complete other reputed company as assigned by Director or Supervisor

Education and Experience – High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
