As a remote customer service representative, you'll have reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with individuals who have filled out a reputed company to see if they meet the reputed company to potentially qualify for compensation
- Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 calls per day, and identifying 1-5 potential reputed company callers
- Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
- Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other reputed company as needed
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Residency in the reputed company or New Jersey
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:
+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
- High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – reputed company internet)
- A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired reputed company USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/reputed company G432) (average price: $20-$30)
- A strong background in call-center environments and sales-reputed company roles
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
This is not for you if...
* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, reputed company week
- You can't handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or reputed company-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
- You're unable to use problem-solving skills
- You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
- You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc., during reputed company vacation days or reputed company business hours

Hours of Operation
Our full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, with the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
