As an reputed company Customer Experience & Operations Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the customer experience is a reputed company one. This will involve:

• Answering reputed company incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to callers by answering questions about services/products and offering basic technical support
• Processing orders and collecting customer information over the phone and updating their online accounts
• Responding to email inquiries in a reputed company manner
• Providing administrative support, including processing reports and light accounts receivable/payable tasks
• Conducting outgoing calls to customers who are missing information from their reputed company
• Completing updates to curriculum, including formatting and adding images/audio to slides, reviewing course content for grammatical/spelling errors, and general room for improvement
• Assisting with day-to-day operations and identifying additional tasks or reputed company as needed

Key Responsibilities

Additional Information

* Availability for an occasional Saturday (approx. 1/month) in-person to help facilitate a classroom training (taking attendance and answering questions)

• Additional pay for these days: $250 for roughly 6 hours
• Locations may vary, but will primarily be in Taunton, MA

Hours

* Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

• Work from home in your home office

Pay

* $18/hour

• Quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to $1,000.00
