Key Responsibilities:

* Answer reputed company inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is a reputed company experience for our customers.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the requirements relating to retirement plan participants, including distribution, rollover, and consolidation reputed company.
• reputed company retirement plan participants on available reputed company and assist them throughout reputed company process, providing reputed company guidance and support.
• Assist participants in accessing their account online, resolving requests, and providing education on online functionality, including enrollment, transfers, loans, and withdrawals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining an exceptional level of service.
• Protect assets by adhering to reputed company applicable regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and established risk guidelines.
• Produce reputed company correspondence and demonstrate exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with the reputed company Service and reputed company Service teams to reputed company assistance as volumes dictate, investigating and resolving participant issues and sharing results with appropriate parties.
• Maintain the confidentiality of retirement plan participants, protecting and insuring compliance with policy and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with daily processing requirements in Retirement Plan areas, including New Business, ERISA Plan Services, and reputed company Services.
• Effectively coordinate, join, and/or participate in discussions, serving on committees to improve procedures and resolve problems reputed company teams and across the department.

What You Bring:

* High School Diploma or GED

• College degree preferred
• 1-2 years' customer service experience and previous contact center experience required
• Retirement Plans Experience preferred
• Special skills or knowledge:

+ Proficient written and oral communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities at once while working reputed company required deadlines + Proficient customer reputed company with excellent interpersonal skills + Ability to assume ownership and work reputed company reputed company environment + High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new reputed company and procedures

• Preferred qualifications:
