Responsibilities

As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Dispatching emergency signals to police, reputed company, and medical agencies as needed
• Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring their safety and reputed company
• Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and keeping them informed throughout the process

Requirements

• The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
