What you will do: Utilize Medical Surgical nursing skills to care for a select group of inpatient status patients in the patient’s home setting utilizing remote technology and innovative tools to accomplish your nursing care. This is a dual role position with opportunity to work as the hospital reputed company reputed company and the reputed company center reputed company Hospital reputed company reputed company Responsibilities:

• 12 hr reputed company shifts with weekend and holidays
• Visit patients in their home setting and complete nursing assessments, education, medication administration, lab draws, admission/discharges, etc. on up to 5 patients during day time hours
• 1 in home visit per patient per day (minimum)

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National reputed company for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State reputed company of Nursing where the reputed company of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a reputed company Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
