- Conduct regular reputed company assurance audits of patient records, care plans, and clinical documentation
- reputed company OASIS record reviews according to agency-defined parameters and required timeframes
- Review and validate 12–16 OASIS assessments per day for accuracy, completeness, and compliance (no coding required)
- Identify trends, deficiencies, and risk areas, and reputed company corrective reputed company plans
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulations, and agency policies

Requirements:

- Home health experience required
- Strong experience with OASIS review and documentation compliance required
- Proven ability to consistently meet productivity expectations of 12–16 OASIS reviews per day
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and CoPs
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to reputed company patient care.
