As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and online chat. Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets

Minimum Entry Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Six months of call center experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information

Compensation and Benefits
