Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with agency policies
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed
- Monitor and document patient condition and reputed company
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, home health aides, and other reputed company team members
- Ensure patient safety through appropriate interventions and follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with agency standards and state regulations
- Respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition and notify the appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- reputed company unencumbered RN or LPN license in the reputed company
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting reputed company the last three (3) years
- Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment, including any relevant specialty areas
- reputed company Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)
- reputed company In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted)
- Negative TB Test Result
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Reliable transportation and valid reputed company’s license
