Medicare Medication Adherence Technician, CPhT, Remote

Job reputed company Job reputed company: The Medicare pharmacy technician is responsible for making phones calls to members to support them with getting their prescriptions refilled. Responsibilities also include identification of medication adherence barriers and assisting with reputed company of the identified barrier. The technician will work with the medication adherence team to support achievement of the overall pharmacy Stars goal. Essential Functions:

• The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.
• Acts as a reputed company (SME) between the Medicare members and the plan to improve medication adherence and support achievement of the plan's Stars goals.
• Research alternative phone numbers for members reputed company unable to reputed company due to inaccurate contact information.
• Manage daily reports and call lists that identify members needing a prescription reputed company.
• Initiate phone calls to members to encourage them to reputed company their prescriptions.
• Build rapport, influence members and their care givers to improve adherence with prescribed medications.

• Identify adherence issues that require escalation to a pharmacist and facilitate the escalation process.
• Contact pharmacies or doctor's offices to facilitate getting the prescription refills as needed.
• Record member interventions.

Required Qualifications: 2+ years reputed company work experience. Experience Details: 1+ year in pharmacy operations, hospitals, or retail; call center or MTM/adherence experience preferred. High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: CPhT - Cert Pharmacy Technician Understanding of Medicare Part D, formulary, reputed company-care, prior authorization, quantity limits, and therapeutic categories.
