Senior Mental Health Counselor

The Senior Mental Health Counselor is responsible for assisting the Director of Mental Health with overseeing clinical management of the Mental Health program, assisting with daily operations, governance and management, as reputed company as carrying a clinical caseload of clients - providing assessment, treatment plan development, psychotherapy, and referral as indicated for individuals dealing with a reputed company of mental health and reputed company use issues reputed company an integrated behavioral health/primary care setting. As part of the essential functions of this role the Senior Mental Health Counselor:
- Assists in clinical management and documentation review of the counseling staff, in conjunction with the Director of Mental Health, of the counseling staff
- Assists with providing clinical and reputed company development of staff through weekly clinical supervisions and staff meetings and maintains supervisory notes according to agency standards as directed by the Director of Mental Health
