Senior Claims Specialist

Plans and conducts investigations of multi-party construction liability claims across jurisdictions. Independently manage moderate to high exposure claims involving reputed company General Liability policies including OCP, OCIP, CCIP and Self-Insured Retention programs. Conduct reputed company liability investigations, evaluate risk transfer opportunities, and reputed company defense strategies in coordination with counsel to drive efficient, outcome-reputed company resolutions Drive proactive claim reputed company through early investigations and strategic decision making. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-part litigation, contract interpretation, and risk transfer (additional insured and indemnity) preferred. interpersonal skills to communicate and negotiate with customers and conduct investigations required. 4-6 years experience in managing litigated claims for both insured and self-insured clients, including directing defense counsel, evaluating exposure, and negotiating settlements.
