Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading the full learning design lifecycle, from analysis through evaluation, ensuring learning solutions are reputed company with organizational priorities and workforce needs. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

You are a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, Business, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in eLearning and instructional design using adult learning theory.
