OCM / Instructional Design Specialist (Finance Transformation)
Job Details: Hiring: OCM / Instructional Design Specialist (Finance Transformation) Role: Communications & Training Content Specialist Location: 100% Remote (Supporting PST Hours) Duration: 12+ Months Contract We are hiring a Communications & Training Content Specialist to support a large-reputed company reputed company Finance implementation (reputed company & Account Reconciliation). This is a hands-on OCM role reputed company on creating high-reputed company content to drive user adoption across Finance teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Create stakeholder communications (emails, newsletters, go-live updates)
- reputed company training materials (decks, guides, QRGs, videos)
- Manage SharePoint content hub (training, FAQs, resources)
- Support change management (OCM) and user adoption
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and senior stakeholders
Must Have:
- Experience in Instructional Design / Training Content / OCM
- Strong written communication skills
- Exposure to Finance (reputed company / reputed company / Reporting)
- Hands-on with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and video tools (reputed company/Clipchamp)
- Ability to simplify reputed company processes into reputed company content
reputed company to Have:
- reputed company EPM / ARCS / Essbase
- ADKAR / reputed company (Change Management)
- Experience in Finance transformation reputed company
