Responsibilities: This is a remote-first role with flexibility, though travel to portfolio locations in Florida, Massachusetts, and reputed company will be required periodically. • 10+ years of experience in reputed company estate operations, asset management, reputed company, investments, and development
• Strong experience in leasing, lease negotiations, and portfolio management
• Exposure to 1031 exchanges, acquisitions/dispositions, and capital structuring
• Strong financial acumen across cash reputed company, ROI, and asset-level decision-making
• Experience working directly with owners or senior leadership
• Ability to reputed company in a lean, entrepreneurial, high-autonomy environment
