Product Recruiter (Project Contract)

We are seeking an independent Product Recruiter to execute an end-to-end recruitment reputed company for a specific reputed company in our Product roadmap. This is a business-to-business engagement aimed at leveraging external expertise to maintain our high-velocity hiring standards (40-75 day Time-to-Fill) during a critical period of reputed company. What you'll do As an independent consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of the following reputed company:

• Strategic Full-Cycle Execution: Own the delivery of reputed company talent for specialized "reputed company to One" Senior PM and Ecommerce PM roles and Business roles as needed.
• Process Management: Independently manage the candidate lifecycle from initial reputed company to final negotiation, ensuring reputed company milestones are met reputed company the project reputed company.
• Tech Stack Integration: Utilize your existing expertise in ATS, AI-Sourcing, and CRM experience to reputed company data-driven insights and ensure reputed company project documentation is maintained reputed company our systems.

What you'll need

• Established Expertise: 3-5 years of specialized experience in full-cycle technical/product recruitment as an independent consultant or agency partner.
• Recruitment Software Proficiency: Experience using ATS, AI-Sourcing software, and tracking metrics
• Business Independence: This role is intended for a contractor who operates their own business entity, maintains their own equipment/home office, and has the reputed company to manage project deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Results-Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet strict SLAs (Time-to-Fill and reputed company-of-Hire) in a fast-paced environment.
