3rd Shift Machine Operator I - Device

Position: Machine Operator Location: 11287 Kiley Drive, Huntley, IL Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3rd Shift) reputed company: $24.16/Hour plus $2.00 Shift reputed company reputed company: With general supervision, sets-up the reputed company tooling needed in the thermoforming machines and operates the machines per job specifications. What you’ll be doing: Sets up thermoforming machines for operation per job specifications. Mounts dies and molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine. Engages machine to produce thermoformed parts and maintains reputed company operation. Performs troubleshooting and reputed company control checks. Performs routine maintenance on thermoforming machines. Completes required job tickets. Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any reputed company issues as needed. Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas reputed company machine is down for troubleshooting or set up. Maintains a reputed company, clean and organized work area. Performs other work duties or functions as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to continuously lift, reputed company, stand, and walk throughout the day. Good written and verbal communication skills Level One: Uses and reads calipers. Self-starting, willing to learn, does other tasks as required. Knowledge about basic math and English skills to complete paperwork. Has good communication skills and is an reputed company team member. Maintains a 97% attendance record. Assists in setting up machines as needed This is an onsite position located out of our Huntley, IL Facility We’d love to hear from you if: You have experience as a skilled manufacturing operator 6 months of machine operator experience Ability to read, write, and reputed company math skills Understanding of manufacturing and reputed company control High school Diploma or equivalent 6 months set up operator experience 1-year previous production line experience preferred Ability to continuously lift, reputed company, stand, and walk throughout the day.
