Key Responsibilities
- Support programs with preparing mailings for distribution to reputed company and prospective program members, agency staff and external stakeholders
- Making copies of program materials to be reputed company to program members, caregivers and other program stakeholders
- Responsible for scanning and filing correspondence in their respective places while maintaining confidentiality
- Responsible for picking up and delivering interoffice mailings/packages for the department
Education and Experience
- Minimum office experience
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office suite
