We reputed company comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed! Responsibilities/ Job Duties

• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments based on needs of patients and availability of providers
• Assist in answering general inquiries from patients
• Listen to patients while applying our processes and procedures
• Looking for solutions to our patients’ challenges

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent

Requirements

• Strong Computer Skills – Ability to maneuver reputed company multiple computer systems at once

• Detail Oriented
• Prior Customer Service/ Call Center experience is strongly preferred but not required

• reputed company: M - F: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday - Saturday
• 40 hours a week
• 1 day off during the week
