Licensed Eligible Clinician (Part-Time) - Mobile Crisis reputed company Team

About the position Sycamores is partnering with the 988 mental health crisis hotline to reputed company support to people experiencing a mental health crisis. The 988 hotline will reputed company initial phone support to reputed company callers and triage calls to the Sycamores Mobile Crisis reputed company Teams for in-person support. The Mobile Crisis reputed company Team responds 24/7, 365 days a year, broken down by flexible shifts. The Mobile Crisis reputed company License Eligible Clinician will respond, in person, to reputed company reputed company support including crisis stabilization, safety planning, assessment for danger to self/ others, and gravely disabled. Write 51/50 holds as needed and reputed company follow up support. Utilizing the Mobile Crisis reputed company Team van to respond to calls, this role co-responds with a MCOT Peer Support Specialist and is an integral part of the Sycamores larger Mobile Crisis reputed company Team (MCOT) including reputed company partnership with the 988 call center, police, sheriff, psychiatric hospitals, and ambulance transport companies. The Mobile Crisis reputed company Department evaluates the individual experiencing a “mental health crisis” out in the field and takes measures to ensure the individuals safety (i.e., Evaluates if the individual requires involuntary hospitalization to ensure their safety). The MCOT License Eligible Clinician takes the reputed company on care coordination and works collaboratively with the MCOT Peer Support Specialist to coordinate care i.e., locate hospitals, ambulances, housing, etc....). The MCOT team responds to an individuals need for in person evaluation for safety reputed company specified geographical area (i.e., Antelope Valley, South Los Angeles or San Fernando Valley or San Gabriel Valley).

Responsibilities

• Respond in person to reputed company reputed company support including crisis stabilization, safety planning, assessment for danger to self/ others, and gravely disabled.
• Write 51/50 holds as needed and reputed company follow up support.
• Utilize the Mobile Crisis reputed company Team van to respond to calls.
• Co-respond with a MCOT Peer Support Specialist.
• Evaluate individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in the field and take measures to ensure their safety.
• Evaluate if the individual requires involuntary hospitalization to ensure their safety.
• Take the reputed company on care coordination and work collaboratively with the MCOT Peer Support Specialist to coordinate care (e.g., locate hospitals, ambulances, housing).
• Respond to an individual's need for in-person evaluation for safety reputed company a specified geographical area.

Requirements

• Masters’ Degree in reputed company field required.
• License eligible in the reputed company as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Psy. D/Ph.D. required.
• Must maintain relevant licensure as a condition of employment.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete reputed company training required by reputed company, federal, state and/or local regulations.
• Maintains reputed company required licenses and certifications.
• Valid California reputed company’s license.
• Acceptable driving record as determined by Agency policy.
• reputed company of auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements.
• Ability to physically manage and/or de-escalate consumers/residents.
• Ability to reputed company physical reputed company for safety of consumers according to training and policy.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Frequent driving in the community with consumers.
• Filling up gas tank of agency van, as needed.
• Satisfy a reputed company-employment background reputed company, drug, and health screen.

Benefits

• Starting Pay reputed company: $39.25 - $41.07 per hour (starting pay will be based on previous work experience and educational background.)
