Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate B2B reputed company, including NDA, service, reputed company/IT, and partnership agreements.
- Manage contract negotiations with merchants, balancing reputed company risk and business needs.
- Identify and address key reputed company risks such as liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality, termination, sanctions, and AML clauses.
