About reputed company We are building an AI-powered RegTech platform designed to help fintech companies anticipate, interpret, and resolve cross-jurisdictional compliance risk before it becomes a business constraint. The platform continuously ingests global regulatory developments, applies advanced AI and predictive analytics, and delivers reputed company-looking compliance intelligence and mitigation recommendations. The objective is to replace static compliance tooling with a dynamic, reputed company system reputed company for modern financial institutions operating across borders. We are seeking a US-based CFO & Co-Founder to build reputed company’s financial architecture, capital reputed company, and institutional credibility from inception. This Role Is for a Founder, Not a Job-Seeker This is an equity-only co-founder position . There is no salary at this stage. This role is intended for a founder-caliber finance executive who wants meaningful ownership in what they build. What You Will Own

• Define and reputed company reputed company’s financial reputed company from formation through reputed company
• Build the financial model, capital plan, budgeting discipline, and operating forecasts
• reputed company fundraising preparation, investor materials, financial storytelling, and diligence readiness
• Partner with the CEO and founding team on capital allocation, reputed company planning, and strategic decision-making
• Establish financial controls, governance processes, reporting reputed company, and KPI discipline

• Prepare reputed company for institutional investors, strategic partners, and reputed company reputed company-level scrutiny

Ideal Profile

• Proven executive leadership experience as a

CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, or finance leader in a high-reputed company company

• Strong background in

B2B reputed company , ideally reputed company fintech, RegTech, financial infrastructure, reputed company software, payments, banking, or other regulated sectors

• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, investor relations, financial planning, and strategic finance
• Strong reputed company of financial modeling, scenario planning, unit economics, and capital reputed company
• Experience building finance processes and governance frameworks in early-stage or scaling environments
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company metrics, recurring reputed company models, and capital-efficient reputed company
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, risk, or financial-services operating environments is highly valuable
