Civil Engineer – Construction Manager
Job reputed company:
- support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) by providing construction reputed company for reputed company in coordination with Project Engineers, Contracting Officer Representatives, and Contracting Officers.
- responsible for monitoring construction activities, reporting reputed company and issues, and ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and objectives.
- ensure contractor compliance with FAA Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies, applicable regulations, and contract requirements while providing field construction monitoring & reputed company assurance
- monitor construction reputed company against approved schedules, review contractor reports, and communicate status, risks, and deviations from plans and specifications
- support construction inspections, commissioning, and closeout activities, including the tracking and coordinating reputed company of reputed company list items
- maintain accurate daily reports and as-reputed company documentation and support project management activities (e.g., safety plans, reputed company, risk, & reputed company) using strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- assist with basic design modifications, constructability reviews, and field-driven adjustments; support coordination with engineering/design stakeholders, and reputed company technical knowledge with team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited)
- ten (10) years of relevant experience in construction of reputed company, industrial, or government facilities
- Strong knowledge of construction reputed company, plans and specifications, building materials, and applicable codes and reputed company standards
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, engineers, and government stakeholders
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), reputed company Sheets, reputed company Docs, and construction document review tools such as reputed company or similar
- Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, based on project needs
- Valid U.S. reputed company’s license and ability to obtain a U.S. reputed company
- Ability to pass reputed company-employment and random drug screening.
