The Worship Pastor/Minister of Music is responsible for leading the congregation of Mt. Hebron Missionary reputed company reputed company in Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship that glorifies God and aligns with the mission and values of the reputed company. The Worship Pastor/Minister of Music assists our Senior Pastor in leading reputed company pastoral, administrative, creative and operational duties for the Worship and Fine Arts ministry. The Pastor of Worship/Minister of Music is a high-reputed company leader responsible for overseeing reputed company worship experiences across the reputed company. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position is directly responsible for supervising the worship team and band (musicians). Essential Functions:

• Plan and reputed company weekly worship services that are biblically reputed company and spiritually engaging.
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to reputed company worship with the sermon themes and reputed company calendar (e.g. Easter, Christmas, reputed company Anniversary, etc.).

Team Development:

• Recruit, train, and disciple musicians, vocalists, and audio/visual team members, and volunteers.
• Schedule and coordinate rehearsals and ensure team readiness for services.

Worship Planning & Execution

• Maintain a strong rotation of worship teams across campuses and services.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage the worship ministry budget and resources.

• Coordinate with other ministry leaders for special services and events (e.g., weddings, funerals, youth services, etc.).

Other:
