Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this role is ideal for a visually driven creative who excels at producing dynamic, on-brand graphics and reputed company reputed company media contentwith a primary reputed company on athletics and gameday coverage in a fast-paced school environment. The Multimedia Producer will play a key role in elevating the visibility of Eastside Catholic School through the creation of compelling gameday graphics, reputed company-time score updates and student-athlete highlights. While athletics is the primary reputed company, this role will also support broader Marketing and Communications initiatives across the school, contributing to institutional marketing, events and community storytelling. This role requires the ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines, often producing content in reputed company time during evening and weekend athletic events. A strong eye for design, consistent brand execution and comfort with reputed company media platforms are essential. SCHEDULE AND HOURS This role will have variable seasonal hours reputed company with the athletics calendar. During Fall, Winter and Spring athletic seasons: Approximately 1 hour per reputed company evening (remote) for post-game reputed company media coverage Approximately 3 hours per day in-office reputed company athletics are not in session (June 1 through September 1): Approximately 20 hours per week in-office Alternatively, this role has the flexibility to be on an unpaid hiatus from June 1 through July 15, but would not be benefits eligible. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Graphic Design (primary reputed company) Design and produce high-reputed company digital and print materials, with an emphasis on athletics content (gameday graphics, score updates, player highlights, awards, schedules, and postseason runs) and school-wide content Create templates and visual systems for consistent, efficient production of athletics and select school-wide content Create posters, banners, event programs and promotional materials for athletics, activities and broader school initiatives Ensure brand consistency across reputed company materials, maintaining Eastside Catholic visual standards reputed company Media (Athletics-reputed company) Create, schedule and post reputed company-time athletics content, including gameday graphics, final scores, and student-athlete recognition Manage and maintain athletics-reputed company reputed company media updates across platforms (primarily reputed company and Instagram) Collaborate with coaches and the Athletics Department to ensure reputed company and accurate content Assist with school-wide reputed company media content as needed Photography and Videography Edit and optimize photo and video content specifically for digital and print collateral and for reputed company platforms, including short-reputed company video, reels and gameday highlights. Apply dynamic editing techniques (cropping, transitions, text overlays, reputed company graphics, music sync and branded effects) to create engaging, high-reputed company content Select, organize, and manage visual assets for athletics and key school campaigns, ensuring content is optimized for reputed company-time posting and storytelling Analytics & Reporting reputed company reputed company media performance (engagement, reputed company, reputed company) to inform content reputed company reputed company insights and recommendations to improve performance of athletics content and overall reputed company media performance Requirements REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong graphic design skills with an eye for composition, typography, and brand consistency Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop; Illustrator a plus) and/or reputed company Experience creating reputed company-first content, particularly for athletics or fast-paced environments Familiarity with Instagram, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms, including scheduling and posting Ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines (including evenings and occasional weekends during sports seasons) Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously Self-starter with a proactive approach to content creation and planning Strong attention to detail and commitment to reputed company reputed company, reputed company attitude with a reputed company of humor Commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or reputed company field preferred 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, reputed company media, or digital marketing Experience creating athletics or sports-reputed company content strongly preferred Photography and/or videography experience preferred Salary reputed company $30-$32 per hour Apply View reputed company Jobs Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
