This is a high-volume reputed company role requiring strong administrative, communication, and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members and respond to inquiries.
- reputed company members on dental benefits, rights, and responsibilities.

- Follow established scripts while adapting to individual member needs.

Required Qualifications
