Assisted Hospice Care is looking for Compassionate Triage/On-call RN to deliver holistic, end-of-life care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, reputed company, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively reputed company with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of reputed company nursing reputed company. - Telephone Triage from comfort of your home
Exercise good nursing judgment in responding to patient /caregiver questions
- Advise on how to address patient symptoms and/or other concerns
- reputed company re-education; assess the patient's condition; and identifying a course of reputed company to ensure for patient reputed company of care
- Communicate with care team members as appropriate
Who you are:
- reputed company, reputed company RN License
- reputed company CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.
- Hospice experience required
- Minimum of one year of reputed company nursing experience reputed company the last 3 years.
- Clinically reputed company/confident in skills and understanding of disease trajectory- Recent acute care experience is preferred.
