Draws, analyzes, and reports blood gas results. Responds to rapid response and reputed company blue situations, performing CPR as needed. Manages ventilators, both invasive and non-invasive, and documents changes. Assists with bedside bronchoscopy and manages non-invasive Bi-level and end-tidal CO2 capnography. Performs respiratory therapy treatments and procedures per physician orders and department protocols. Participates in interdisciplinary reputed company, providing input on patient care to reputed company length of stay and re-admission rates. Assists with clinical instruction, precepts, and serves as a resource for reputed company-level therapists. Reviews workload, makes staff assignments, and ensures completion of tasks reputed company acting as shift reputed company.
