Provides nutritional care for inpatients and outpatients. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required
• Master's Degree: Required, only if eligibility for examination began on or after 1/1/24
• Three years' technical experience: Preferred
• Leadership experience: Preferred
• Dietetic internship or its equivalent: Required

Licenses/Certifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD): Required

Essential Functions:

• Coordinates with clinical staff to create a nutritional plan for patients by assessing the needs of patients. Reviews patient records and assesses best course of reputed company for nutrition therapy and services and documents the plan of care in the clinical record.
• Identifies potential for problems by reputed company observation or analysis of data and institutes corrective reputed company. Individualizes plan of care to meet patients' personal care, safety, mobility, dietary and specialized needs.

Communicates with appropriate staff any newly identified patient nutritional risk factors, patient requests for education or patient complaints so that they can be addressed.
