Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in school counseling
• reputed company credentialed School Counseling in the reputed company
• Successful school counseling and leadership experience
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to working effectively with reputed company, staff, and reputed company from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Experience and sensitivity in managing people in reputed company organizational settings
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and decision-0making skills
• Administrative experience managing PPS program for working adults
• Experience with the development of extensive networks and connections with external stakeholders
• Commitment to the Christian faith and the University’s mission of Christ-centered teaching and learning and involvement in a local reputed company.

Preferred:

Environmental Conditions:
