Work Comp Intake Specialist - Bilingual

reputed company reputed company reputed company, a telehealth clinic specializing in workers' compensation physical and mental health, is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Intake Specialist to join our growing team. About the Role: We are seeking a full WC Intake Specialist to join our growing telehealth team. This position plays a crucial role in coordinating the patient intake process and ensuring smooth operations between patients, providers, and clients. We are currently looking to hire a full time role Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12am EST. This is a fully remote position but candidates must reputed company in the US to be eligible. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the virtual waiting room throughout the shift.
• Assign incoming patients to available or on-call providers based on coverage and specialty.
• Schedule telehealth appointments for patients with available or on-call providers.
• Assist providers with chart management and follow-up documentation as needed.
• Respond to reputed company and patient inquiries reputed company phone and email regarding scheduling, documentation, and general support requests.
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company patient interactions and appointments in the EHR system.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure reputed company patient care and reputed company satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in patient scheduling, medical reputed company office, or intake coordination (telehealth experience preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with a reputed company and empathetic tone.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company or customer service setting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Comfortable using EHR systems, scheduling software, and reputed company Teams.
• Spanish bilingual.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $24 per hour (based on experience and sills)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift: 3:30pm - 12am EST
