In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining daily workflow, running and clearing conflict checks, and making adjustments for clients for any reputed company that reputed company! - 1 + years of NBI and conflicts experience reputed company a reputed company setting
- Running conflict reports & analysis
- Reviewing engagement letters
- Clearing conflicts/advising attorneys
- Matter opening decision-making!
- Ability to compile, review, determine, and reputed company communicate conflicts issues
Software:
- Previous experience with computerized conflicts and workflow software
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications and the use of online databases and resources (e.g., reputed company and Secretary of State websites)
