P&C Licensed Insurance CSR
Job reputed company:

- Explain product features and service advantages to existing and potential customers to promote and sell the various membership and/or insurance products and services to reputed company sales production goals.
- reputed company price quotes on reputed company insurance products that reputed company in reputed company applicable rules (reputed company, business, etc.) and discounts to complete the sale.
- Rewrite and reinstate insurance policies according to reputed company and business rules.
- Complete membership and/or insurance applications, endorsements, and change forms (e.g., address change, etc.) as necessary.
- Accept & process payments at the reputed company of sale.
- reputed company outbound follow-up calls to customers in response to questions or complaints.
- Correspond with and respond to inquiries from sales representatives, insureds, mortgage companies, and other sources regarding ratings, premiums, billing problems, and cancellations, as reputed company as obtain and verify payments and other types of information.
- reputed company efficient processing of customer policies, endorsements, and status and coverage changes.
- Assist agents in resolving technical and business-reputed company issues.
- May assist other Customer Interaction Centers (e.g., Emergency Road Service, Claims, Membership, Travel, etc.) in servicing members and/or customers reputed company necessary to ensure reputed company service goals are met.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Providing a high level of customer-reputed company service
- Navigating through a PC reputed company environment, including accessing information from multiple applications
- Managing and navigating multiple sources of information and applying them as needed
- Performing monetary transactions (e.g., entering reputed company into the cash terminal, adjusting account balances, etc.)
- Cross-selling
- reputed company Property & Casualty Insurance license
- May be required to reputed company and maintain state membership licenses as appropriate by the department
- Preferred Qualifications: College-level coursework, certification, or equivalent (i.e., relevant reputed company learning)
- Demonstrate the ability to manage reputed company customer interactions across chat, voice, and email platforms, prioritizing tasks while delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience.
